I felt ignored throughout the whole warranty repair process. It took forever to get anything moving, and I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on. The repair itself might have been covered, but the experience was really frustrating.

"Disappointed with the photo quality"
To be fair, I can only speak to my own experience, but the images I got back were blurry and kind of dull. I was expecting better quality, especially for something like this, and I felt let down.

"The install ended up being messy..."
The install ended up being messy and ran late, which was frustrating. I get that things don’t always go perfectly, but you’d think there would be a basic plan in place to keep it from dragging on so much. Support did try to help, but it didn’t make a huge difference.

"Not sure this gear is built to last"
I really wanted this to work out, but the equipment kept giving me problems and failing when I needed it. After dealing with it a few times, I started questioning the overall quality. it ended up being more frustrating than useful, and I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

"Communication was kind of unclear"
I don’t know, maybe it was just my experience, but I had a hard time getting clear answers from them. The emails felt vague, and I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once. The service itself might be okay, but the back-and-forth made the whole process frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

It just felt way too expensive for what I was getting. I reached out to support hoping they could explain the pricing or help, but I kept getting passed around in a loop without a real answer. Frustrating overall...

The order did show up, but it arrived later than I was expecting. Reading between the lines, it seems like there may have been some shipping delays, but I would’ve appreciated a clearer update along the way

I ordered this replacement imaging part and yeah, it works, so I can’t be too mad. The build feels okay and the image quality is good enough for everyday stuff, but it definitely didn’t feel like some top-tier piece of gear right out of the box.
There was a small fit-and-finish issue that was kind of annoying, not a total disaster, but still a pain in the butt. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit less half-assed. It’s not junk, just average overall.

My order showed up with the wrong items and the quantity wasn’t right either. Getting it fixed took longer than I expected, and I wish the instructions for what to do next had been clearer. It ended up being a frustrating experience overall.

"Decent enough, but I was hoping for more"
I ordered from edm-imaging.com the prices aren’t terrible. I guess for what I paid, it was acceptable, but I did expect a little more. The service was fine and nothing really went wrong, it just felt average overall. I’d probably use them again if I needed to, but I wouldn’t say I was super impressed.
